Our Story

Purrfect Paws Kittens was founded in 2010 by lifelong cat enthusiasts with a passion for breeding healthy, well-socialized pedigree kittens. What began as a small hobby cattery has grown into a respected breeding program known for our commitment to feline health, temperament, and ethical practices.

Our mission is to match each kitten with the perfect forever home while providing ongoing support and education to new cat owners. We believe that bringing a kitten into your family is a special experience that should be filled with joy, and we're here to ensure that every step of the process is positive.

All our breeding cats are health-tested and live as cherished family members in our home. We follow responsible breeding practices, focusing on the health, temperament, and conformation of each breed we work with.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is included with my kitten adoption?

Each kitten comes with:

  • Veterinary health certificate
  • Age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming
  • Pedigree registration papers (for purebred kittens)
  • Health guarantee
  • Starter kit with food samples and care information
  • Lifetime support from our team
Do you have a waiting list for kittens?

Yes, we maintain a waiting list for our most popular breeds. To join the waiting list, we require a non-refundable deposit that will be applied toward your kitten's purchase price. Waitlist members receive priority when new litters are born and are notified before kittens are listed publicly.

Can I visit your cattery to meet the kittens?

We welcome serious potential adopters to visit our cattery by appointment only. This helps us maintain a clean, stress-free environment for our cats and kittens. During your visit, you'll have the opportunity to meet available kittens and their parents, ask questions, and see our facilities.

Do you ship kittens to other locations?

Yes, we can arrange safe transportation for your kitten through trusted pet transport services. Additional fees apply for shipping, and we ensure all health and travel requirements are met. We prioritize the safety and comfort of our kittens during transport and only work with experienced pet shipping companies.

What should I prepare before bringing my kitten home?

To ensure a smooth transition, we recommend having these items ready:

  • Quality kitten food (we can provide recommendations)
  • Food and water bowls
  • Litter box and kitten-safe litter
  • Scratching post or pad
  • Comfortable bed
  • Safe toys for mental stimulation
  • Cat carrier for transport
  • Grooming supplies (brush, nail clippers)
What is your spay/neuter policy?

All our pet-quality kittens are spayed or neutered before going to their new homes. For show-quality kittens sold to registered breeders, we may make exceptions with a signed breeding agreement. We believe this policy helps prevent overpopulation and ensures the health and well-being of our kittens.
